Board of County Commissioners announces Jan. 25 strategic planning retreat

The Citrus County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) will conduct a Strategic Planning Retreat on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at 9:00am at Citrus County Lecanto Government Building, 3600 W. Sovereign Path, Room 166, Lecanto, FL 34461.

This meeting will be a goal-setting session for the Board. The public is invited to attend, but there will be no “open to the public” speaking opportunities during this event.

Citizens are welcome to speak during the following scheduled BOCC meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 1:00pm at the Citrus County Courthouse (located at 110 N Apopka Ave, Inverness, FL).

The full-day retreat provides an opportunity for commissioners to discuss, plan, and prioritize programs, projects, and issues facing Citrus County and the BOCC while looking to the future.
